La rue Blomet est une petite rue très
calme connue pour "Le Bal Nègre" du quartier Montparnasse, toujours existant, où venaient en voisins Mirò et Masson dont l'atelier se trouvait au n°45.
A 50 m se trouve une petite place typiquement parisienne où il est
agréable de prendre un café en terrasse.
On y trouve tous les types de
magasins, boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie bio, des restaurants et un
supermarché.
L'appartement est disponible toute l'année pour des
touristes ou des hommes d'affaires pour de brèves périodes (7 jours
minimum) .
Le studio peut accueillir 2 personnes ( éventuellement
trois au maximum)
Le prix de la location est de 370 Euros par
semaine (7 nuits) tout compris.

Lovely furnished 1B apartment of
23m2, in a very calm and residential area, on foot it's 15 mn away from
the Eiffel tour, between the metro Vaugirard and Volontaires.
It's
very clear because located on the 6th floor (5e etage) of a 19th century
building with no elevator.
Rue Blomet is a calm, small street, well known for "The Bal Nègre" of Montparnasse, which is still existing now. Mirò and Masson whose workshops were nearby, used to come there.
Close
to the apartment, you can find a very typical Parisian square, where it's
very nice to have some coffee at a terrace. You will find there every
kind of stores, real bakery, organic food store, restaurants and three supermarkets, etc.
Tourists or
professionals can rent the apartment year round for short term rental. (7
days minimum)
The studio can accommodate 2 people (possibly 3
absolute max).
Rates are 370 Euros per week (7 nights) all
inclusive.

Grazioso appartamentino ammobiliato
di 23 mq in un quartiere calmo e borghese di Parigi a 15 mn a piedi della
torre Eiffel, tra le stazioni della metro Vaugirard e Volontaires.
È
molto luminoso perchè situato al quinto piano di un palazzo della fine
800' senza ascensore.
Rue Blomet è una piccola strada tranquilla, conosciuta un avolta per il "Ballo Negro" di Montparnasse, che esiste tutto ora. Mirò e Masson vi venivano dal loro vicino atelier.
A 50
m dell'appartamento si trova una piazzetta molto parigina dove è piacevole
prendersi il caffè in terrazza . Là, si possono trovare tutti i negozi,
panetteria, alimentari biologici, ristoranti e anche tre supermercati.
L'appartamento si può affittare
tutto l'anno sia per turisti che professionisti per brevi periodi (minimo
7 giorni)
Può ospitare 2 persone (tre al massimo)
Il prezzo
dell'affitto è di 370 Euro a settimana (7 notti) tutto
compreso.
