The Culturelink review reports on activities, research, international meetings and conferences, publications, news and other information concerning the sectors of arts and culture.

The dossier in this number is dedicated to the three conferences on cultural diversity which took place in Opatija in October 2003: the INCD conference, the INCP meeting, and the Council of Europe ministerial conference. The dossier's contributions present the conferences and deal with cultural diversity in relation to politics and international trade, the role of artists in the development of cultural activities, information and communication technology as a tool for diversity, etc.
