EBLIDA's newsletter provides information on EU
library and information society issues including culture. Among the

Journal, and an update on EU funding opportunities.
This issue includes an article on the impact of GATS for library and
archive services, supplemented by a statement by EBLIDA on the WTO GATS
negotiations "Libaries and trade in services" requesting the
