This newsletter by the
London-based "Intelligence on Culture" (ex International Art
Bureau) has already been circulated electronically in the Cultural Policy
and Action Department.
As usual, it reports on developments in the cultural
sector at EU and European level, news of the community, information on
funding possibilities, forthcoming conferences, publications, etc. Of particular
interest in this issue is the opening article which reports on the recent
proposal of the Dutch presidency for a new cultural action plan for the
European Union.
