This newsletter by the
London-based "Intelligence on Culture" (ex International Art
Bureau) has already been circulated electronically in the Cultural Policy
and Action Department.
As usual, it reports on developments in the cultural
sector at EU and European level, news of the community, information on
funding possibilities, conferences, new publications, etc.
The funding section summarises the UNESCO-Aschberg bursaries open for
candidates from the UK. It also includes information about festivals and
competitions taking place in 2005.
