This issue is the second journal
number presenting a
selection of papers from the Second International Conference
on Cultural Policy Research held in Wellington, New Zealand, in January
2002. Of special interest is an article by Andrea Ellmeier on the
changed relationships between the cultural sector, the economy and the
labour force. Also worth noting is the paper from M. Sharon Jeannotte dealing
with the ways in which investing in cultural capital can contribute to
social cohesion.
An online version in available for Council of Europe staff. Please
