Of particular interest in this issue
is an article reporting on two meetings on cultural diversity and world
trade held
in Paris in February 2003: the second international meeting of cultural
professional organisations (Cultural Watchdog Committee), and the meeting of the
International Network of Cultural Policy. The dossier in this number deals
with the plan established by the French Ministry of Culture to secure the
museums in Paris against a possible flood of the Seine.
