visitors to museums and galleries in response to the exhibits; many
pictures, examples, and transcripts of conversations document this
research of visitor behaviour.
Another article worth attention is the one on cosmopolitanism which
highlights the sociological dimensions of this concept and argues in
favour of making it a more analytical tool that requires an empirical
basis.
