TxtConv.exe is a (freeware) text file conversion tool (reordering columns, changing the date's format, and so on).

RememberNotes is a freeware utility wich displays on a user's desktop sticky notes earlier
registered.

Each note embedds a title, a message and may (under some conditions) be sent by mail.

Notes may popup :
  ->  some precise day ;
  ->  on a regular basis (Each day, each tuesday, aso.)
  ->  on a more evolved rythm (for example : each eighth day of the trimester. Or each
       month, five days before the end of the month, aso.)
