Description

The gîte is 20 metres from a quiet road, in a beautiful setting.It is a detached dwelling of approximately 160 m2 (1,700 sq, ft). The ground floor is comprised of a kitchen area and lounge with connected kitchen, a fireplace, 2 fridge / freezers, microwaves, dishwasher, a washer/dryer, television, DVD player, Hi-Fi, telephone (+33553047442) , bathroom with bathtub and WC, independent WC, and 1 bedroom. The first floor : 4 beds 80 cm (32'), 1 90 cm bed (35') and 1 140 cm bed (55'). There is a library, electric heating. The house is situated in a 1.5 hectare (3.7 acres) plantation. There is a verandah equiped with garden table and chairs, and a barbeque.

There is also a swimming pool, 14 metres by 5 metres (approximately 40 ft by 15ft), 2.20m deep (approximately 7 ft), reserved solely for guests, situated 20 metres (60 ft.) from the house, which is included in the price. For security the pool is behind a fence and equiped with an alarm. The pool is opened from May to mid September.

The beds come with both synthetic fibre and feather pillows.
For babies there is a high chair, cot, and bath.

On arrival please ask the manager the applicable vistors’ tax per night, and the cost of the optional cleaning.
There is a deposit of 1000 euros (payable at booking).
