Of interest: the cultural agreement between the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg and Iran in order to work on a series of joint exhibitions, increasing also the scholarly exchange between the two countries (p.1), the article on Liechtenstein as Europe's biggest museum buyer (p.1), the decision of Sarkozy to follow Blair in introducing free museum entry (p.4), the biennial of international contemporary art to open in 2008 in New Orleans to help to recover from Hurricane Katrina (p.6), and the news on Russia's first museum of contemporary art, opened by a Russian millionaire (p.67).

Worth attention: the section on Blair's "legacy for the arts" after ten years in office comprising the statements of two museum directors, an ex-minister of culture, and an artist (p.40-41).
