This number's dossier is dedicated to the Franco-German cultural
relations, presenting the current state of art of the cultural co-operation
between the two countries. Articles deal with the various levels and bodies
of co-operation, the example of regional co-operation in Rhineland-Palatinate,
joint activities in third countries, the German Federal Foundation for
Culture, cinematographic co-operation, etc.
The issue includes three interviews, one with the mayor of Berlin, Wowereit,
the President of the University Viadrina at Frankfurt/Oder, Schwan, and with the German writer Schneider.
