As usual, the Compass reports on developments in the cultural
sector at EU and European level, news of the community, information on
funding possibilities, conferences, publications, etc.
Particularly worth of interest in this issue are a presentation of the
Council Resolution on European cultural cooperation, the work of the
Culture Committee of the European Parliament on a report on cultural
industries, and the intentions of the Greek presidency of the EU in the
field of arts and culture.
