This newsletter by the
London-based "Intelligence of Culture" (ex International Art
Bureau) has already been circulated electronically in the Cultural Policy
and Action Department.
As usual, it reports on developments in the cultural
sector at European level, news of the community, information on
funding possibilities, conferences, publications, etc.
Of particular interest in this issue is the analysis of the European
Parliament Resolution on Cultural Industries, and the article on the Dutch Culture Council claiming less political
intervention in the field of culture.
