This issue opens with an interesting
article on the increasing debate of "quality" in cultural
policy. Worth noting are also a couple of other articles, such as the
analysis of WTO
regulations in the audiovisual sector, or the "Foundation
Culture of the Future" case study on how Sweden succeeded in finding
a creative way to deal with the institutional autonomy and state
dependence tension.
