This newsletter by the
London-based "Intelligence of Culture" (ex International Art
Bureau) has already been circulated electronically in the Cultural Policy
and Action Department.
As usual, it reports on developments in the cultural
sector at European level, news of the community, information on
funding possibilities, conferences, publications, etc. Of particular interest in this issue
are the description of the priorities for
culture set out by the Irish Minister for the EU Presidency, and the
presentation of the report by the European Forum for Arts
and Heritage (EFAH) on a more effective Culture 2000 programme.
