This number of the French version of
the bulletin
published by the European Commission's DG for Education and Culture
concentrates on the international aspects of EU action in the fields of
education and culture, such as the distribution of cinema films,
experience with music export promotion at European level, the role of
culture in development, defence of cultural diversity, etc.
Of special interest it the presentation of CICEB (Consociatio
institutorum culturalium europaeorum inter belgas), a network of
national cultural institutes based in Brussels.
