Under the title Beautiful
Neighbours, this issue of the magazine of the Swiss Foundation
for Culture presents cultural exchanges across Switzerland's borders. At
the core of the issue is Pro Helvetia's Belle voisine, the cultural
exchange programme between the Rhône-Alpes region and Switzerland. Other
cross-border regions with lively cultural relations are presented as well,
including the trinational Basel region, the Regio Insubrica on the
Swiss-Italian border, and the Lake Constance area. The newsletter can be
