| This interdisciplinary journal is
published by the Institute for Tourism in Zagreb in co-operation
with the Croatian National Tourist Board and deals with the tourist
industry worldwide from a large variety of aspects.
Of special
interest in this issue is the contribution dealing with the effects of the forthcoming
EU membership on the financing of tourism sector in Northern Cyprus. Also
worth noting is an article on tourists' perception of local gastronomy
and restaurants.
