<small>The mix of PAINTING and DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY</strong> is only visual : it is not a kind of technic such as <a href="http://www.peterbeard.com">Peter Beard</a> practice but it is only an aesthetic result : I mean that when looking at my pictures, it is hard to say either it is painting or <a href="http://mapage.noos.fr/tbijon0001/FR/textes_H26.htm">photography</a>. The technic used is <a href="#digital photography">digital photography.</a>.</small></font></p>

<p><small><font face="Arial" color="#808080">As electonic musicians do, I am explorating new frontiers of creativity : the digital technologies are opening new <a href="http://mapage.noos.fr/tbijon0001/EN/textes_H.htm">aesthetism spaces</a> : <b>digital art</b>. Like them I am using on one of the major asset of the digital tool : collage.</font></small></p>
<P>The term "digital collage" answers to a meditation need (<b>Contemporary art</b>) : I was looking for a term to describe my work in a formal point of view (electronic arts). The visual relationship of my works with collage has naturally led to this term, I have then associated it with "digital" in a way to underline the concern of digital texture that is prevailing in my search.</p>
<P>If "digital collage" describes in understandable way for everyone the aesthetic (art artist) of my works, I also use "photo sampling" when I want to describe the technics employed – this term referring to the technics used for techno music - <a href="http://mapage.noos.fr/tbijon0001/EN/achats_H.htm">electronic arts</a> - has moreover the advantage of underlining my belonging to electronic culture – but I also can use the term "antidote-picture" when I want to point out the conceptual spirit of my work</p>

<p><small>The <a href="http://www.technoromanticism.com/en/index.html">Technoromanticism</a> is a concept developped by the artist Stephan Barron who apllies it to <b>contemporary art</b> and more specially to the practice of contemporary art named "electronic arts" or "digital arts". He calls at a way back to the romanticism thinking which have been formalised by Freidrich von Schlegel, Schelling, Holderlin... From my point of view, I would add to this concept of way back of senses, of the body, a source of shamanism inspiration (shamanism and art) through the teachings of Don Juan Matus, mexican <b>shamane</b>, John Michael Abelard, Taisha Abelar, Florinda Donner-Grau ...</small><br>.
<small> As painter and artist, I use technologies, not as a goal but only in a way of exploration. My adventure field is the one of <a href="EN/textes_H2.htm">contemporary art</a> (art artist), and digital technologies is a way to explore new territories of this field.</small></p>
