Creta is very full of brand-new looking churches, like made with brickles. In general, they are not very picturesque, because too arranged. But, it is impossible to show Creta without representing churches. Above: Panaghia Kera, the sophisticated painted church near Kritsa. Below: the church of Sitia, as seen at night from my hotel. La Crète est pleine d'églises flambant neuves, on dirait qu'elles sont en Lego. En général, elles ne sont pas très pittoresques, parceque trop apprêtées. Mais il est impossible de montrer la Crète sans présenter des églises. En haut: Panaghia Kera, l'église aux fresques sophistiquées près de Kritsa.
