  From the six articles in this issue, the first two deal with difficult management situations in arts organisations, one looking at financial crises, the other at dual management structure and problem resolution.

Other articles deal with poetry as a sector of the book industry in France, present an approach to value cultural consumption in terms of experience, and report on an audience segmentation study based on preferences.

Of special interest is the company profile introducing Working Title Films, an independent British producer who manages to resist US domination of the film market, by using its financial and distribution power, but maintaining, at the same time, creative and content-related freedom.

In addition to the regular abstracts in English, French and Spanish, this number includes again short summary articles in French.
