As usual, this journal provides news
on legal developments in Europe in the fields of broadcasting and new media.
Of interest is the presentation of Article 19, an international human rights
organisation which defends and promotes freedom of expression and freedom of
information all over the world. This NGO elaborates standards relating to
freedom of expression in different thematic areas which are considered to
have considerable authority. Currently, it has published A model public
service broadcasting law.
