As usual, this journal provides news
on legal developments in Europe in the fields of broadcasting, cinema and new media.
Of special interest in this issue is the short article on the approval of
the European Commission of state aid schemes for cultural industries in
Denmark (direct grants for newspaper distribution), France (tax credit for music recordings of young
talents), Ireland (tax relief for film production) and Poland (financial aid
for film production and distribution).
The supplement to this issue, Iris plus, deals with
the protection of minors from harmful contents in the law of Post-Soviet
